Flashing-Roof-Gutter's non-toxic formulation has no toxic smell, does not off-gas VOC's during the curing process and can be safely used around animals and children. Flashing-Roof-Gutter is , waterproof, weatherproof, mold and mildew resistant. Wide application temperature range (-35 - +140) and wide service temperature range (-90 - +425), allows FRG100 to be both applied and used in all types of weather conditions. With a movement capability of 25% and an elongation of 300% - 400%, FRG100 has the flexibility needed to withstand the expansion and contraction inherent in roofs, gutters, and flashing.
